HR case is not close complete on acceptance by employee via esc portal.

Hi All,

 

HR case is not updating from awaiting acceptance to close complete when employee accepts it from esc portal. However, its working for admins.

Seems an access issue for non-admins

what debugging did you do?

check the HR service and then it's configurations

@shivanims123 Did you check the system logs to see if any error pops up when the user click Accept Resolution? You can also use access analyser to see if this in an issue related to ACL.
