HR Cases created from the Employee Termination Form are failing to load and HR Actioning staff cannot update. (Records are locked)

Hi all,

I have one record producer(Employee Termination Form) which create HR case(hr_case).

however in random some of the Hr cases working as expected but few HR cases(66) are not working as expected means it is  not editable  and also multiple tabs displaying on the hr case.

I am adding attachment for your reference.

any help is highly appreciated

Can you validate any common things between the ones that are not working as expected vs the ones that are?  For example:  Is the HR Service populating correctly on all, the termination reason?  For the tabs appearing, check for UI Policies that may have these tabs/sections appearing under certain conditions.  For it not being editable, it could be UI Policy, COE Security, Data Policy, or few other scenarios.
