HR Configurable agent workspace

Hi All,

I am configuring  HR Configurable agent workspace i need to know where in the ui builder should i make the changes to not display the interaction record list and disable it in the record menu too. I am migrating the workspace from classic workspace to configurable workspace is there a way to migrate the list from my list too.

@kali You can deselect the Active check box on the sys_ux_list record. This will remove it from the list in Workspace. See the images below for the before and after.

Thanks @michaelj_sherid  for your help on this , in the agent workspace how can we restrict it based on the role and disable the interaction on the record menu. Thanks in advance

Hi @kali it sounds like the use case has expanded. It sounds like you just want the interaction list conditional (available to some, hidden for others), is this correct?

In the above image you can see create interaction , I want to hide this create interaction record  for all the users.

Also I want to know how we can hide inbox for all the users. We are having two landing pages if a user is a manager he should be directed to a different landing page where should i do the changes.
