Hr task checklist

Hi All,

I have created a hr task ( Checklist) for closed complete hr case. The task is appearing on the esc portal , but there is no option to reject the task only we can mark as complete.  What is the purpose of task support team? Is there any way for assigned to of the task to see the details of the parent case on the esc portal.

@kali The HR Task is not an approval so there is no intention to reject the HR Task. For the scenarios where you want a reject, you may want to ponder using an approval instead of the checklist HR Task type. For your second question, the Task support team field defines the HR agent or queue that picks up any communication about the task when a user selects the Ask a question link (when being used). There are system properties to enable the Ask a Question functionality. You can find more details about the Ask a Question feature here.
