HR Task Template - Checklist - Checklist Items - URL links

Hi All,

We are looking for solution how to handle URL links to KB Articles in the HR Task Template / Checklist items.

So far the system is offering only possibility to add simple text, but we need URL links inside of the checklist items. Do you have any idea how to handle that?

Hi Vlad,

This is not yet possible to include hyperlinks in the checklist. You can submit an idea on the idea portal HERE.

Instead you can use "HR Task Type" as "URL" as an Workaround.
