HRSD how to implement

As a knowledge author I want to hide all the non-HR can & cannot read criteria from the HR knowledge bases (HR - All Employees & HR - Agents) so that this can prevent the incorrect criteria from being selected.

 

Any idea how to build above example.

why not train the users to select the correct user criteria?

@Ram012 I agree with @Ankur Bawiskar.
It will be technically very complex to build what you described. Although not impossible, it's not advised to do so.

It would be indeed a lot better to look at the user criteria names and see if you can make it more clear to your users to understand which criteria's are the ones to select and provided them with documentation on how to select the correct one.
