HRSD Automatically move attachments No document type available

Hi!

I am doing the Human Resources (HR) Unguided Simulator (Utah). I have the task to do 

1. Create a new employee Document Type with the following details:
• Name: Travel Advance Requests
  
• Topic Detail: Payroll System
  
• Employee access: << checked >>
  
  
2. Save the record. Observe that the system automatically applied default Security and Retention policies.
3. Create a new Retention policy with the following details:
• HR criteria: FTEs with 1 year or more
  
• Retention period: Case Created + 1 year
  
4. Open the Travel Advance Request HR Service and make the following updates:
    
• Add a checkmark to the box by Automatically move attachments. This means when a case is closed, any attachments will automatically be moved into the Employee Document Management repository.
• Employee document type: Travel Advance Requests

I did everything, but when I select the move attachments, the document type is empty. it does not return anything.

From where have you tried from move attachment?

Are you working this in now learning Lab instance?

yes it's lab instance. well I am trying to move from the service to that document type, as it is mentioned in the requirement

Ensure the Topic Detail on your Employee Document Type and your HR Service match.
