#HRSD : Email notification tracking issue in Activity Stream in Agent workspace on HR Case & HR Task

There is an issue with respect to email notification tracking in Activity Stream in Agent Workspace. With Vancouver release, users are now equipped to respond back to an existing email (Reply/ Reply All) from Agent Workspace Activity Stream. Once that's done, the responses from end-users are not being tracked in the HR Case & HR Task and hence, the expectation is to have seamless tracking of email notifications across all the COE boards (HR Cases & HR Tasks) when someone responds from Agent Workspace or from individuals email handle.

Please help.
