In the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module, an HR service can be assigned to a different COE table than its associated Record Producer. For example, an HR service might link to the HR Payroll Case table, while the Record Producer creates records in the HR Benefits Case table.
How does this impact case creation and management? Are there best practices to ensure consistency between these components?

@axels ,
This is not good practice.
Basically record producer are created and display on employee service portal because end user[employee/new joiner/alumni] can raise the service record from portal page.
If end user looking for payroll details then he/she will search service on portal under payroll category and upon case c creation it should be under payroll table.
