1. New HR case creation: There are different way to create a new HR case as per requirement.
a. From APP Navigator HR Case -> Create New Case
b. Through Record Producer from Employee Service Center (Example: Payroll, Pension Benefit, International Transfer Process)
c. Through integration for any Offer /On boarding oriented cases
d. Through any schedule job automatically HR case creation
e. Email through HR case creation.
2.Different activities for HR Case investigation:
a. Using HR service Name & COE
b. Field value of Source Type - Email, Self Service, Chat etc.
c. According to Life Cycle activity
3. Escalate of HR case: Click on the "Escalate Case" related link & mention the reason of the escalation. Once save Case assignment will be change accordingly.
4. Key feature of HR Service Delivery:
a. HR Case & Knowledge Management
b. Employee Center Core
c. HR Life cycle Event
d. Employee Document Management
e. Mobile Onboarding App
f. HR Performance Analytics
