When a lifecycle is being initiated in SN HRSD and an agent is working through the playbook we are having issues where tasks are being duplicated sometimes 90 times etc, but this does not happen every time. We have not been able to figure out what is causing this, have a SN ticket open which has also not helped yet.
Completing the one task does not close down the duplicates and they have their own HR Task number.
