I want to add the description in the request page in hr ticket.

In the LE case document task is created, we would like to add description or help text in order it to be visible to the users in the portal. 

We have cloned the document task widget and added description but this cloned widget has to be used from the standard ticket tab widget instead of document task widget. Any configuration that we can do? (similar to the to-dos widget mapping for MY tasks).

Hey @anmol5758 - 

 

If I follow with what you are trying to accomplish here, you would need to go to the HR Case Header Configuration module to modify and get the Description to populate on the Standard Ticket tab.

Here, you will need to modify existing records or create your own, as seen in the screenshot.

Since you are dealing with LE, take a look at the OOTB ones and see if you can modify what you need. Or see if you can/need to create your own.
