Impersonation in HR Agent workspace(configurable)

Hi, Can we add this "impersonate user" functionality in the Agent workspace for HR case management?

As of now impersonating a user in Workspaces is still not supported as it is a different platform/interface.

It is not possible unfortunately.

@Rkanodia , Impersonatimg a user is a platform feature. It does work for confgurable agent workspace as well.
