In HR cases task is getting assigned to by default group

Hello Team,

 

In HR cases the assignee is unable to see the country details of the user and due to current configuration, the HR cases are getting assigned to by default people services global group. Kindly suggest on this. What need to be checked.

Did you check for Assignment Rules, if any? Also, some BRs for the HR case table.
