In HRSD, can we perform org transfers?

In HRSD, can we perform org transfers? Eg. If John is reporting to Smith, and he is now supposed to report to Glenn, can we do this kind of org transfer using this module?

Can you explain how that can be done? I tried to look for the org chart of an employee, and couldn't find it on my instance.
