Incident Application

Tha incident application in the application navigator only display the following module for users with the ITIL role in this order.

 

Create New
Assigned to me
Assigned to my group
My group - unassigned
Resolved
All
My assigned Tasks
Tasks Assigned to my Group

All other incident modules not listed above should only be visible for administrators
my tasks and tasks assigned to my group are only based on incident tasks .

 

Any idea help me.

@Ram012 You can specify the role admin role at the module level and set the filter conditions to allow users to see tasks based on their group.

 

Please use the following steps to achieve it.

Hi Sandeep requirement already but where i can check above scenaior working or not .

 

Can you provide the test path.

@Ram012 You need to impersonate/login with a user who is has ITIL role (the user should not have admin role) and check if they can have access to only those modules which user with ITIL role can see. They shouldn't see the modules which a user with admin role can see.
