Hi, we are facing an issue with reporting where users are saving the URL of an article (the URL ending with sys_kb_id=xxxxxxxx instead of the permalink that ends with sysparm_article=KBXXXX). This causes two records to be captured in the kb_use table as, from a technical perspective, they are landing on the old article, which then redirects them to the new article.
Is there a way to identify whether the system redirected the user from an old article to a new article? If there is an identifier, we can filter such records out to get a more accurate number of views by an employee.
