Issue in HR special handling banner

Hi

we have a requirement where if union code is not empty, the blue special handling banner should be displayed in cases, Here union code is HR profile field so i gave the condition like below:

In HR cases the banner is displaying is fine but before this message, the subject person is displaying as default like below(didnot gave by me in notes)

so how to remove this subject person name before the notes 

please help to resolve this issue

Not 100% sure, but check the message code on UI action.
