In desktop, Instance is showing in Mobile View by default

Instance is showing in Mobile View by default even though I'm using desktop/laptop. For all users whom are using this instance it is showing like that. How to change the view to Desktop-view again?
I tried adding ?sysparm_device=desktop in url and it is changing to desktop view but when I open something from Nav Bar then it is opening in mobile view. Also portals are showing in Mobile view.
Can someone please provide a solution for this?

Hi, we have the same issue in our Employee Center Portal.
What we've figured out is that this started happening for our stakeholders when the "Tour" button was added. The root issue seems to be that the top-header bar (where the search bar and profile is shown) is too cramped. Our stakeholders are using laptops with a 1920x1080 screen that gets scaled to 150% in Windows automatically which in turn switches employee center to mobile view.
I haven't figured out a way to solve it though, anyone have any thoughts? Was thinking that maybe we can shrink the title in the top left or reduce the width of the search bar. Or are we able to change the limits for when the instance wants to switch to mobile view?
