Issue with Now Assist Panel

Now Assist panel is not showing any messages and keeps on loading in non production instances.

Anyone faced similar issue please let me know anything to update

did you clear instance cache using cache.do and then loguot and login and see?

go to https://yourinstance.service-now.com/now/now-assist-admin/now-assist-panel 

and try to turn the NAP off and on again.

 

Eventually check the configurations in Assistants:
