I have a generated JSON text contains fields like short_description, kb_issue and kb_resolution.
After parsing this text into object I would like to be able to prefill a KCS article without using CSMTableMapUtilSNC, just nicely prefill fields from URL params.
Following URL is not even prefill the short description.
/kb_template_incident_kcs_article.do?sys_id=-1&sysparm_query=short_description=test%20text
I was following all the best practice mentioned in other post, but it is not working. Any idea what could be wrong?
