Knowledge Update Report

I have a report that shows knowledge updated on a monthly basis.  Just wondering if retirements are considered updates?

Depends on your report use case, but I would say yes include them unless you have another report of retired KB articles, then they can safely be removed from this report.

Hi @Kate Paterson,

Unless you've added a filter to exclude Articles that have been retired, they will show. However this is easily fixed by adding a simple filter as shown below:

In general yes, they would be included, but it’s based on the report that you have created.
