It took lot of my time to locate my record and reach this solution so sharing this quick appropriate filters to help others.

Till point 7 of the handbook, follow the recommended steps. From point 8, based on the screenshot please follow these steps to quickly locate the business rule you created.
So, apply these filters- Status- 'requested' [not allowed]; Source group- 'Global' and Source Type- 'Business Rule' , with these filters you can easily locate the record with your initials and once located, open the record and follow from Step 9. This will help verify the lab quickly and correctly.
