Dear Community,
Im having issues with a Lifecycle Event for Onboarding that Im working on:
For now the LifeCycle Event is configured as per the following:
First 2 Activity Sets with their tasks are correctly triggered, however the Acceptance Documents Activity Set is not being triggered, I used the following combination:
Group is selected in the Catalog Item of the Record Producer.
Does anyone experience this type of issue?
When I remove the Condition for Group it is being triggered, but I need to be triggered for a specific group in this case Tech/Digital/Function.
Thank you,

Hi
That's not correctly configured !!
The best approach while you are using the "Activity set dependencies" then it's better not to use condition for group mostly.
You can use "Audience" Field to trigger this activity set for that particular Audience.
See this example :
To create Audience:
You can Navigate to All> sn_cd_audience>LIST> New
Mark my answer correct & Helpful, if Applicable.
Thanks,
Sandeep

Thank you Sandeep, I tried to review Audiences information. However this is a type of employee that is going to be onboarded, wouldnt know how to create this type of Audience.
Currently, the requester in the catalog item can choose between the following 3 groups:
- Tech/Digital/Function
- Field/FS/MT/ET/ Petro Technical Eng.
- Cameron Rotational
The Audiences configuration asks me to create based on the following:
The candidates that are going to apply is a category but not users/employees yet.
Could you please advise?

Hi @Florencia Lucer ,
You will need to map this attribute to the user record (either sys_user or HR Profile), potentially with a custom field. You can then create either user criteria or HR Criteria from that to set up the audience record.
If you are collecting this information from an employee input task submitted by that employee, you can also create audience records based on the survey response.
Hope this helps,
David.

We encountered the same issue. Anyone know fix for this other than using audiences ?
