Lifecycle Events: Customisation to OOTB Journey.

Hi Community, 

 

We were trying to do some customizations to the OOTB Journey for one of our Lifecycle event in HRSD. Can someone suggest if its possible to make this happen or any guidebook to follow?

 

If anyone has done this before, please suggest some roadmap to the same.

You can just update them. That's what they are for. Or copy and customize if you don't want to touch the OOB one. 

The courses on NowLearning related to this, can be very helpful in understanding how they work.
