There are some user feedback regarding notification from ServiceNow and I am thinking to send notification via Microsoft teams as well as email in order to improve employee experiences.
I have tried to learn about the detail in PDI, but the plugin cannot be installed. So, I would like to ask you some questions.
1. Could you please share the OOTB notification list sent via MSTeams?
I have looked this docs and can see some but I woul like to see every OOTB notifications
2. Do I need to prepare a Virtual Agent bot? Actually saying, I am not using its feature.
3. Is there any feature automatically enable and could not be deactivated?
It is better for me to use only the notification feature at this moment.
