new contextual side panel showing a simple list of sc_2_kb records that not redirect to it's record

Hi Experts,

I have added a new contextual side panel showing a simple list of sc_2_kb records, the records are filtered to show the only records that related to the current catalog item on the hr case page in the hr agent workspace.

all the related records are there but they are not clickable and not redirecting to the record it self (have one fields that showing the kb00001 number but it's not redirecting to the record itself. need a way to do that.

i tried to add an event to the simple list component. @payload.sysid and more they are not working.

and because the conexual side bars are all a sub-page overviews there are not the same configurations under the "link to destination" option, like i don't have "table"/"sysid" under the link to destination to add there the payload of the records in the simple list table sc2kb. i have just "route" and "fields". 

so it's not working to connect with the table sys id payloads.
