Notification Record in Bell icon ServiceNow instance

Hi All,
In ServiceNow instance notification Bell icon indicates multiple notification updated by system and its showing notification count as well across platform.
However, notification expand not available currently in system and not showing details about full content of notification.

If click on that it will redirect to the native view of the respective records like incident, change, HR case etc

Hi Team,

I would like to share the outcomes of the related queries received from the Now Support team.
I searched the instance to see if any out-of-the-box configuration exists in ServiceNow for this type of feature but, unfortunately, found none. Additionally, I confirmed with the Now Support team that the expansion of Notifications via the Bell icon has not yet been released by ServiceNow; it is expected to be available in the upcoming Zurich release.

Please note that this specific information is not saved anywhere since it is an email event that gets generated but is not stored within the system. This behavior aligns with the system’s design.
