Next HR task is not generating once the optional checkbox is checked on HR task of Lifecycle Event

Hello,

We have a lifecycle event set up for one of the HR services. If I select the optional checkbox on the HR task, the next HR task in the lifecycle event isn't being generated.

Kindly help on this...
