No generated HR Tasks for Lifecycle Events Case

Hi, Community.

We started encountering issue last Friday, do yo have any idea why there's no HR tasks being generated if we manually create a Lifecycle Events case?

We understand that some of the activity sets has its own trigger condition, however, the first activity set should trigger immediately. We usually generate LE case for testing.

Try creating a Hr case with the HR service as your onboarding Hr service from the Navigator once.

All> HR Case management> ALL> New

Check this and validate if you are still facing the same.

Can you share what you have in the Trigger condition for the first Activity Set

It's Immediate Sandeep. Once HR Case has been created, all of the satisfied Activities should run. hehe

As per checking, we are also prohibited to create a new Lifecycle Events case using the Create New Case module which we believe an ACL related-issue. Thanks for for your suggestion, we will check with other teams regarding newly created ACLs in the instance.
