Notification Setup on Suspend Status

I would like to explore the possibility of setting up an automated reminder notification for cases that have been in suspended status for 2 or 3 days. It would be helpful if the notification could consider instances where the suspend status is due to awaiting a response from the requestor. It seems important to implement a condition that ensures the automated notification is triggered appropriately.

 

While reviewing the articles, I was unable to find any options for establishing this type of automated reminder notification for cases in suspended status awaiting a response.

 

Is there an option available that would enable a notification to alert the requestor when their case is in suspended status and a response is still pending?
