How can we change the font style or size of subject line of the notification in service now?

Hi @Apoorva A H,
To clarify, are you referring to the 'Subject line' as to how the notification will be displayed in the receiving email client such as Outlook?
While we have full and customizable control of the email body (lookup email layout - there's lots of content in the community), it is not possible to format the Email Subject to bold, as the field is a simple text field and not a rich text or HTML field.
The alternate option ServiceNow suggests is to change the importance level marking it high / low per your requirement.

Hi @aaddgg454,
It's a good question and something to add to the idea's portal. I've checked the dictionary and don't see an importance field similar to notifications, so sadly, I'm not sure it's possible or not.
