Order guide on submit redirect to home page

I'm trying to redirect to the esc home page post the order guide submission. Its not working with on submit catalog client script.

 

After the below order guide checkout page, it should redirect to the esc home page or even better if its redirects to that particular HR Case which the order guide is related to. Screenshots attached.
