ServiceNow Integration with ChatGPT

Hello guys!

 

I am trying to make an implementation of ChatGPT API in ServiceNow platform. I want it to be kind of internal, and what I mean by this is , the open AI be able to read and answer questions based on the information of the Portal it is inserted ( because it will Integrate with Virtual Agent and it is Virtual Agent that will answer with the AI of ChatGPT).

 

Is it possible?

Sandeep is this approach using content that is only available in the instance i.e. HR knowledge base to set parameters for chatGPT to use as trusted information vs its externally learnt information

Hi @Community Alums  ,

That will only read the last inserted message right? How can I make it functional for example to  a Portal with several Categories and make Chat GPT able to answer the questions regarding those Categories?
