Order of Playbook Cards (Activities) in HR Agent Workspace

Issue context:

[UTAH] I created from scratch Lifecycle Event to manage some process in organization. Everything looks as expected in Manage Lifecycle Event record of Platform UI. I set up also HRSD Playbook to make my process (Lifecycle Event) available in Agent Workspace - also success here.

 

My goal: 

I want to see Activities (Playbook cards) displayed in the Workspace Playbook in the same order I set up in Platform UI. But this is how it works based on the example of small segment from my process:

My attempts:

As you can see above display order of the activities differs between two places even if I set the order of Activities in a proper way:

Is there any other place I can set the order of Playbook cards displayed in the Workspace? Is it even possible? 

 


Additional info worth mentioning:

a) Kindly please don't advice to use Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions to manage my process as this is the product we don't have subscription for.

b) My Lifecycle Event is NOT built with the use of PAD (Process Automation Designer) since based on my research is not possible to trigger the process in PAD for HR tables (described here).

We have the same complaint. Did you ever find a solution?

Unfortunately not. But even though several months have passed, I still need to solve this problem.

 

Also recently we moved to Configurable Workspace but even there I am not able to display Playbook cards in proper order. It's always random.

@Brad Tilton@Chuck Tomasi if you find few seconds, would you able to help us?
