Password Reset Application ITSM Pro

We tried to perform password reset excercise using SN password reset application, some reason we were successful  on AZURE AD side, but from SN we got this error (attached) or error below. 

 

SN pops an error " Crypto Module is not found for module Id: null while trying to wrapKeyForJob" 

 

any direction provided is great direction to start with....

Hi Mansor,

 

I also noticed that the Password Reset flow designer action is not properly setting passwords after the Vancouver upgrade. Were you able to find a resolution for your issue?
