PDF Document Templates for HR Tasks in Lifecycle Events

Dear Community,
I am trying to configure a PDF document template as described in this video:
I was able to configure the document template including the mapping but I cannot find any information or documentation on how to setup this template to be visible in a HR Task inside a lifecycle event.
The Video mention that this functionality should also work in lifecycle event but I don't seem to find a way to achieve this. Would anyone be able to share how to achieve this and the set of instructions needed?

@Lorenzo8 In order to show the HR Task with Document Template in employee center, you need to set the HR Task type as E-signature and E-signature template (PDF template which is going to be used for e-signature) on the HR Task template. Once set and triggered the task will start showing up in the esc and will allow the user to e-sign the docuement.

Hi Sandeed, this does not seem to work because the template I want to use it a document template and not an HR document template. I want to use Document Templates because of the functionality of 'fillable PDF document'. The E-signature template does not allow me to select the PDF document template I created.

@Lorenzo8 HR Document Template does support Fillable PDF parsing. HR Document templates are of two types
1. Document Template
2. PDF Document Template
The second type PDF Document template allows you to parse the fillable PDF and use them by dynamically assigning values to fillable fields at the run time.
In order to use a PDF Document template for E-sign on an HR Task, you need to set the HR Task type as E-signature and set the PDF Template value on the parent HR Case template.
According to the official documentation "
- If HR document template is the document type of the e-signature template, you must select the HR document template that the signatory will sign on the HR case form. See Select an HR document template for an e-signature task for more information.

Hi Sandeep, thank you for the reply, this is useful. However, it still does not answer the question on how to add it to a lifecycle event. In the example/link you sent to me, a workforce management case is shown. For a lifecycle event, I am unable to see the field PDF template in the case. Furthermore, I would expect multiple fillable documents to be needed in a lifecycle event. Do you have an answer on how to set this up for a lifecycle event specifically and not for a normal HR Case?
