Performance Analytics- unable to access HR Manager Dashboard

Hi All,

I have installed the PA plugin and as HR Admin I have the required role but still I am not able to access the HR Manager Dashboard particularly. Can anyone share the reason behind the same. I have all the other access, only HR Manager dashboard I can't access.

Thanks all for trying. I tried to find the solution and noticed that apart from the role, the below plugin is also required to be installed with the latest version and that fixed the issue.

sn_hr_agent_ws: Agent workspace for HR case management

Just sharing in case anyone gets stuck the way I did as a newcomer to this application.

Hello @shweta khemani

The user should have sn_hr_core.manager role.

Can you please check if that role is added to the user record.

I don't see the HR Dashboard, only thing it shows is- HR Onboarding Executive Dashboard
