Performance Improvement Plan Configuration

We are required to configure 4 Activity  for PIP (Performance Improvement Plan)

1. Initiate PIP

2 Formal Coaching and Feedback

3. PIP Completion

4. Termination

 

Initiate PIP form is available on our Portal which is assigned to Employee Relations team. 

 

The requirement is after the Initiate PIP form is  submitted it is upto an Employee Relations team to decide which activity set to trigger- After reviewing the documentation they decide between Activity set (2,3 or 4) which is Formal Coaching and Feedback, PIP Completion or Termination. Based on the Activity set they choose the activities pretaining to that activity set should be triggered 

 

What is the best possible way to configure this?
