Portal Search Results redirecting to Backend HR Case

When searching the case number from the ESC Portal, it redirects to the case backend view. My requirement is that it should remain in the portal and display the case details.

What configurations and/or customizations have been done to Search in your Employee Center?

In the past I've seen the url not being set correctly in the "Search page template" field of a Search Source on the EC.

@Harsha38 How are you searching for requests? When I search in the OOTB EC Pro portal for my open requests it remains on the portal when opened. Can you detail more so we can see what is happening in your use case?
