Predictive Intelligence Auto Classification

Hello,

I am learning the Predictive Intelligence capabilities.

I've found a youtube video(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UR-w-Qp_yuY) and understood that the "Auto categorization" of HR case from email checks the confidence of prediction and only when the prediction is high the HR service is automatically changed.

Do you know if the confidence judge works during the "Auto classification" of HR case not from Email?

I have deep dived some scripts but could not found the dunctionality.
