Protection policy applied on HR case form

Hi everyone, I have an HR case in a specific view which is not allowing me to edit the form and also does not display any related lists and is showing a message as "This item is read-only based on its protection policy". Can anyone let me know how to remove this?

usually protection policy is applied to ServiceNow's application code which is not editable by anyone else.
go to the xml of the record and see the protection applied. (sys_policy).
this must have been applied by developers in your system.
