Question choice table not visible in servicenow

Hello Team,

Could you please help me on this, Why question choice table doesn't show record related to HR core application record to the snc_internal role users

I have made all the read ACL to false and except below. and below ACL has role added as snc_internal. Still not visible unable to find the exact ACL is restricting the read access is it due to the record which i have created is in HR.core application, if yes then which ACL is restricting access to see the records from humanresource core application

@chandan1994 are you checking this in global scope or HR scope?

try impersonating the user and change the scope to HR and then see the access once

The user is a end user i don't think i can change the scope
