Quick Action /search-kb in HR Agent Workspace

Hi,

As an HR Agent, i am trying to search for KB Article in chat window of HR Agent Workspace. I have selected /kb-search quick action and entered the short description of the KB Article. But, it says that the "no matching articles visible to the requestor found" .

Hi, enable ai search and it should find the records.
