"Child HR Service" is missing in Service Activity

Hi,

I have been assigned with new PDI recently. I want to configure "Child HR Service" service activity, but i cannot see this option. I can see only Approval and Task.

If you have checked this post, that person was able to see "Child HR Service" option. My post states I am not able to see this option.

Hi @dss 

• Ensure you have selected scope as Human Resource: Core instead of Global
• Ensure you have selected Fulfillment type as Service Activity
• Ensure the HR Template field under your Service Activity maps to the correct child table you are attempting to trigger
