"opened for" and "Subject person" is hidden when i select new COE

Hi all,

 

I have created a new COE extending the table HR case (sn_hr_core_case)
It works well in backend but in HR Agent workspace, when there is no COE selected, it shows the "opened for" and "subject person"

When I select the new COE - those fields "Opened for" and "subject person" hidden

Again, it works well when i select OOB COE, I'm not sure what is missed..I'm testing as HR admin.

Anyhelp is appreciated

Create New Case "Opened for", "Subject Person" and read-only relationship of items

Thanks for response but this is not issue...I checked all the related UI policies and case configuration...Everything is OOB and it works in UI 16, The issue is only on HR agent workspace where i shared the screenshots above
