"opened for" and "Subject person" is hidden when i select new COE

Hi all,

 

I have created a new COE extending the table HR case (sn_hr_core_case)
It works well in backend but in HR Agent workspace, when there is no COE selected, it shows the "opened for" and "subject person"

When I select the new COE - those fields "Opened for" and "subject person" hidden

Again, it works well when i select OOB COE, I'm not sure what is missed..I'm testing as HR admin.

Anyhelp is appreciated

@BEBOLD2 The preset event for the COE field may be impacting you. I would start there and I feel this will yield the details as to why your custom COE is hiding the fields.
