Hi everyone,
I am creating a HR Case via backend using a HR Service that is associated with a record producer that contains variables. When I create the HR Case via backend, the variables of the record producer are not visible / associated with the HR Case.
Anyone knows why and how can I fix this?
Thank you!

Hi guys,
I created a Record producer, HR Service and HR Template and a Business rule with the Timing: before and action insert and it worked.

Hi @swathisarang98 ,
The backend view is:
I do realize we are creating trough HR Service and variable doesn't show in backend, but the HR Service is associated with the record producer, so in my opinion it should make the variables appear after case creation no?
Frontend view:
Hope this is enough to understand the problem.
Thanks!

Hi @rafas_2703,
Saw that you found a solution to your requirement, but read it and wondered, could you just change the form section and enable the variables on the form?
