Reference field not showing users in HR Agent Workspace.

Hi all,

I am dealing with an issue in HR Agent Workspace. For one of our HR services, we have additional reference fields for Representatives. The issue is that when some of the users want to choose the Representative it shows "no records to display" but the same filed shows records for the same user in the backend. I checked the reference qualifier but did not find anything that would indicate that only some users have "no records to display" in the HR Agent Workspace.

 

Did anyone experience this please?

Issue solved, we needed to update a script that is contained in the reference qualifier, there was an issue that it did not retrieve the ID in the workspace for the user so there were no records.

So what you are saying is that the reference qualifier on the 'Representatives' field is different in Workspace and backend view? 

Can you share the reference qualifier?

Hello, no, there is no difference.  What is interesting is that it is working fine in the backend when I change the view to be as in the workspace. But when I open the case in the workspace directly, I do not see the selectable users.

I've had problems with reference fields not displaying data on workspace when the tree_picker attribute is true.  It was on the legacy version of workspace and not the configurable version, so not sure if that is your issue, but might be something to look at.
