Hi Everyone,
On HR core case table,we have related list 'requested items->parent' but this is not visible on form
but this related list is visible on hr lifecycle events form
Any idea where is it configured and how was it configured

Verify the List Control (System UI > List Control) is not omitting it if empty (i.e., does the open HR Case have child RITM records?). Normally speaking requested items' parent is the request (REQ) and not the HR Case, but please confirm.

Hi Sushmita,
Open a HR case form . Go to Configure-> Related lists and add your related list on the form.

if we select coe as hr case and service as general inquiry
